Here is an easy way to get the MAC address, even from a remote machine:

PS > getmac.exe /S 127.0.0.1 /FO CSV | ConvertFrom-CSV Physical Address                                  Transport Name ----------------                                  -------------- 68-A8-6D-0B-5F-CC                                 \Device\Tcpip_{6BCF0C7B-562E-4DE5-97... N/A                                               Hardware not present N/A                                               Hardware not present

Simply replace the IP address with the one you are interested in. You may need appropriate Admin privileges to access the information, of course.
