InterGif 6.08 by Peter Hartley (K) All Rites Reversed
Usage: intergif [-i] [-o out] [-t [pixel]] [-d cs] [-loop] [-split] [-join]
           [palette-options] infile
        -i Make interlaced gif
        -o Name output file (default is <infile>/gif)
        -t Make gif with transparency
        -trim Remove any wholly transparent borders
        -d Delay time between frames (centiseconds)
        -loop Add 'Netscape' looping extension
        -split Make each frame into a separate output file
        -join Take each frame from a separate input file
        infile  A Complete Animator file, RiscOS sprite, or gif
        palette-options are:
        [-same] [-216 | -256 | -pal palfile | -best n]
           -same Preserve unused colours in input palette
           -216 Map to 216-colour cube as used by Netscape
           -best Find optimal n colours and map to them
