[文本处理] 批处理如何快速建立cfg文件？

我想建立一个很长的CFG文件 使用echo   xxx >>cstrike_schinese\config.cfg 很麻烦

请问 有什么方法快速 在cstrike_schinese目录下 建立一个以下参数的CFG文件.
